*Free Lease* 2yo Bushranger Colt From Black Type Family For Lease

This is a Free Lease syndicate and is the ideal way to get involved in racehorse ownership for the first time. Members experience the fun and excitement of ownership for a fixed term in this case December 2015 and an equal share of the prize money.
Syndicates are of 20 shares and registered with Weatherbys Ireland. The syndicate is managed & administered at no cost to members so provides hassle free racehorse ownership.
Under a leasing arrangement, an ‘owner’ pays only the training fees and racing expenses and receives all of the prize money earned by their horse. At the end of the lease the ownership of the horse returns to the lessor/the legal owner.
Although you are only leasing a share in a horse, you will receive the full benefits of racehorse ownership including:
•Regular visits to see your horse working on the gallops, including breakfast with the trainer
•Social functions throughout the year
•A DVD can be provided for all your horse's runs at the end of each season
•Design the Racing Silks
•Meet like-minded owners
•Get inside the parade ring
•Lead your horse into the winner's enclosure
•Chat with your jockey and trainer on race day
•Enjoy the racecourse from an owner’s perspective

•Tell friends you have a Willie McCreery/Ken Condon-trained racehorse
The Costs - One 1/20th free lease share in either horse costs €110 a month (that’s €3.45 a day!). Share's in both 1/20th special at €210. (see other horse here)

This includes All training fees, routine veterinary fees, routine farrier costs, transport fees, entries and jockey fees. Any prize money is equally distributed as soon as it is received and any surplus of fees/cost the end of the season will be distributed equally among the syndicate.
